It's Shearing Time! Come check out the farm and observe the shearing of alpaca fiber. Shearing will start  9:30am and shear till 3:00, possibly a bit later depending on the Alpacas. You’ll see the shearing of fiber from the alpaca, teeth trimming, and foot care.

Dr. Jammie VerGiesen DVM-- Hometown Veterinary Clinic will be on site for veterinary checks, alpaca body scoring, questions and answers about alpacas, and more!

Grace Lutheran Church will be providing food and beverages throughout the day or until gone. All proceeds to be donated to the Grace mortgage fund.

 

Other fun activities-- Blacksmith work, Spinner, and Craft Show
 

The Kritter Kloset will also be open and filled with socks, hats, gloves, shoe inserts and more that are produced from the fiber from our alpacas and other alpaca products.
